::crawling out from under the darkness. a set of eyes open to see a faint light at the end of a long, dark path:: Where do we begin. Better yet, where do we need to move from? From the times when lief makes you feel claustrophobic; trapped. The difficulty of escaping from that dark moment. The feelings that there is no one out there who cares, no one out there who understands, are hard to fight and eliminate. But they can be. It all starts with a small gesture to lend a helping hand.
Depression and anxiety are a real issue; depression kills and anxiety can cause insanity. Go figure.

brighten the creation
darken the walls that surround
higher then the clouds
but where, where are we tonight
why, why does it not seem right
and, and i've lost sight
running further into the night
vision subsides
flood this sensation
thickened elation
beginnings from yesterday
